From where can I download the App?
You can find our app in Apple Store or Google Play by searching for Elite Barbers Gang.
If you already subscribed on the website, you received a confirmation email where you can find a link that redirect you to the app download page. You only need to download the app and log in with the account you already created on the website.
How can I get the Certificate of Membership?
Once you purchase a plan you will receive a confirmation email.
In this email you will find a link which redirect you to Certificate of Membership download page.
Can I get a refund after I purchase a subscription plan?
Yes, you can get a refund after you subscribed but only if you ask for it in first 24 hours after your first purchase.
Important: Our platform use a subscription renewal automatisation.
The money after the auto-renewal process will NOT be refunded. Make sure you cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the ending time, if you don’t want to be auto charged for a new plan period.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

If the subscription originated through an app purchase, the end-user must cancel through the app through which the subscription was purchased. Cancelling an in-app purchase via the web UI will not cancel their app based subscription.
We cannot cancel this for an end-user.
*if you choose to cancel your membership you can use our platform until the date your initial plan it’s ending.
